Testimonials

"Vertical Taekwondo Parents say"

“Mr. Catana is an excellent instructor and is so patient with all of the kids. He does a great job of making sure that his students understand the tenets behind the practice, teaching them to practice respect and self-control in addition to the physical practice. He keeps things moving while still letting everyone have fun. My kids have really enjoyed the lessons and we plan to stick with Vertical Taekwondo!”
