Yes! The three priorities for every class are Safe, Engaging, and Challenging. With safety being the number one priority.

The primary differences are origin, tradition, and different hand and foot techniques.

Don’t worry, even though we teach Taekwondo, we still love “The Karate Kid” Who doesn’t?

Students take class with the expectation that the first rule is listening and being respectful. But students learn best when they WANT to be in class. Our classes are designed to keep children both engaged and learning, giving them the best of both worlds.

Many times students who dislike organized, or team sports enjoy Taekwondo more than other sports because its a sport where you get to improve individually instead of being sidelined or punished for not being the top of the team.

Students will learn two sets of skills from Taekwondo:

1. Physical skills such as kicking, punching, and blocking.

2. Mental skills like focus, self-control, confidence, and listening.

Students starting at youth/Beginner level takes 4-5 years to earn a Black-Belt.

Building the skills for lifelong excellence takes time and effort and is an incredible achievement. The time it takes reflects that.

All of our introductory programs start at 2 classes per week. This gives students enough practice time to improve without overwhelming them.

Each class is 45-minutes long. We encourage you to arrive a little early to allow your student time to get ready before the class begins.

We offer classes for students ages 4 and up.

Classes cost between $42 and $55 a week, depending on commitment level. All memberships come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and the first class is ALWAYS free, so you can see if it’s a good fit.
